PRICES AND TERMS FOR RENTING THE VILLAS

The prices are based on an occupancy of 4 people for the small properties and 6 people for the large ones.
For any additional person, we should be notified when the reservation booking is made.

Payment terms and conditions

Reservation Booking deposit: 50 % of the package price. Balance: 2 weeks before the arrival date, if you would like to pay in the UK, or cash on arrival at Complex Rai.
Payments are accepted in cash or Bank Transfer. Damage deposit: 100 euro refundable on leaving the accommodation.

General information

Air-condition system to all the living rooms, chambermaid service, provided returned transport to Albena, Golden Sands, Balchik, Varna and airport transfers. We also organize
excursion trips around the country.
