MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE

When you purchase a new home, you may wish to consider a property management agreement with Anglo-Bulgarian Properties Ltd.
We will help you reduce the potential stress and worry of looking after your property, and hope to leave you with more time for the more enjoyable aspects of life.

At Anglo-Bulgarian Properties Ltd., we feel that probably the most important factor in good property management is good communications with our clients. We strive to maintain good communications at all levels. This will enable you to pass on your ideas and observations on how you wish your property to be managed.

Repairs and Maintenance Services

Under this type of service, you can engage us to carry out repairs and maintenance to the building exterior, interior and any communal areas.

Property Cleaning Services

We can arrange for the appointment of cleaners to clean your home, as necessary.

Landscape and Gardening Service

We can arrange for the maintenance of gardens, plants and trees. You are encouraged to take an interest in the gardens, and where possible contribute with your own ideas.

Swimming Pool and Tennis court Maintenance

Cleaning and general maintenance of your swimming pool and tennis court can be taken care of by our company. Such costs will be agreed upon and reflected in your service charge.

Property Rentals

If you decide to rent out your property we can take care of advertising and payments on your behalf.

Property Sales

When a property changes hands, we can assist you with the administration of the sale, or purchase, and liaising with solicitors.

Billing Services

Our company can arrange to handle all payments in respect of utilities, telephones, Cable TV and satellite connections and other personal requirements.

Building and Contents Insurance

Anglo-Bulgarian Properties Ltd. can arrange insurance for Buildings and Landlord's Contents (in communal areas). We can also arrange to extend your building's insurance to protect your general home contents and other personal possessions.
As a service to our clients, and again because of the volume of business we have with insurance companies, we have negotiated a very favorable rate.
This may include:
- Health Insurance
- Life & Critical Illness Insurance
- Motor Vehicle Insurance

Fees

The Management Fee is an annual sum, payable in monthly instalments, which covers the running costs in respect of the services provided to you. These services are defined in your agreement and may include (where appropriate):

- Routine Repairs
- Emergency Repairs
- Property Cleaning Services
- Landscaping and Gardening
- Swimming Pool Maintenance
- Heat, Light and Power Billing Services

Each year Anglo-Bulgarian Properties Ltd. prepares an estimate of the likely running.
Our normal charge is from £30 per month.
