COMPLEX RAI - Albena resort

Complex Rai is a small development of 6 luxury two story properties and 2 luxury apartments. The properties will be fully furnished with air-conditioning in the living room, fully fitted kitchen with white goods, luxury bathroom, "Light Oak" UPVc double glazing and a balcony and terrace. The apartments have a balcony or terrace depending upon the location.

The development is set in very peaceful surroundings of a small village ideal for a permanent retirement home or holiday home, just 2 miles from the resort of Albena and 7 miles from Golden Sands. The international airport at Varna is only 30 minutes away.

The complex is situated next to a small family run hotel. The owners of the properties, and their guests, can use the facilities and services the hotel provides.

There is a good size swimming pool, a tennis court, barbeque area, summer bar, and restaurant. Transport can be arranged to the resorts, towns, and to and from the airport.

Basic maintenance costs £6 per m2 per year and covers the use of the hotel facilities as well as the complex maintenance. This is approximately £35 per month for a one bedroom property.
